Most consultants will tell you what you want to hear, hand you a polished deck, and disappear. That's not how I work and honestly it's not why I got into this.
where i come from
I spent nearly a decade inside one of Washington State's largest and most complex organizations starting as an analyst, moving into strategy, leading the function, and eventually advising executives.
I wasn't a consultant looking in from the outside. I was in the room. I lived the chaos, built the systems, led the change, and watched what actually worked and what just looked good on paper.
That inside experience is what makes me different. I'm not going to hand you a framework I learned in a certification course and call it a day. I'm going to sit with you in the actual mess and help you build something real.
Since going independent, I've worked as a senior strategy and change management consultant advising leadership teams and helping organizations cut through complexity to move forward with clarity and confidence.
